We had a lovely stay at Patrizia’s! The location was beyond ideal - we loved the santo Spirito area and was super walkable to north of the river too. The flat itself was in great condition and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. We’re really glad we stayed here, would recommend!

Great place to stay for a visit to Florence. Easy walking to the centre of town but out of the main busy areas. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby. Flat was great, exactly as described and host very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Nonostante l’inconveniente di essere partita da sola, la casa di Patrizia m ha accolto benissimo. Centralissimo, a 200 metri da ponte Santa Trinità. Loft elegante e molto pulito. Consigliatissimo! Patrizia disponibile e risponde super velocemente.

Patrizia has been an incredible host. She answered back really fast and made sure we felt great at his apartment. She was very kind and very understandable, and also very quick to fix an issue which was our fault. Putting out 5 stars because we can't put 10!
