L'appartamento si compone di una camera da letto, un bagno di design , uno comodo soggiorno con divano letto, sala pranzo con cucina annessa. Grande terrazza con uno spazio attrezzato di tavolo, sedie e sdraio. L'appartamento è in stile toscano con pavimento in cotto e affreschi. Il palazzo è un edificio storico dove si respira la storia di Firenze . Oggetto unico .

Our stay at Patrizia’s apartment was perfect. It is great for anyone looking to stay for more than a day or two in Florence. It was a very hot time of year when we came but the AC in the apartment gave us a refuge from the nearly 100 degree weather. It was very clean and definitely not as loud as some other reviews point out, we had no problem with that at all. Patrizia had connected us with someone to help us get into the apartment so that we could leave our luggage there before check in which was a life saver before going to explore the city. It’s in a great location, just outside the very tourist heavy areas of the city with fantastic restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Patrizia’s place was even more beautiful than the pictures and really takes you back in time! It’s in a great location that makes getting around the city super easy! The check in was easy, the space was clean and the AC was great with how how it was outside! Overall and amazing experience and i can’t wait to come back again!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Patrizia war super schön. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, und durch die Garage direkt daneben super zu erreichen.
Nachts sind die Bars in den Nachbarstraßen sehr laut, aber wir konnten trotzdem gut schlafen.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

Patrizia was a wonderful host, always responding quickly whenever we contacted her. It was great to know she was always there if needed. Patricia‘s apartment was spacious, cool and clean, a lovely place to rest after a busy day walking in Florence, Thank you Patrizia.
