The apartment is in a lively but not noisy location where everything is within pleasant walking distance. It felt very safe, and had a fabulous choice of restaurants only a few minutes away.
The apartment was spotless, and the bed, very important after a days sightseeing and eating, was amazingly comfortable.
We had a great stay, thank you to a great host, and would stay again if we return to Florence.

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment. It was beautifully decorated, clean and the host Patrizia was great! Location was perfect - it is no longer than a 15/20 minute walk to pretty much everything and the surrounding area of Santo Spirito ended up being our favourite in Florence as it has the best restaurants and bars! Also really near the river which was lovely. Highly recommend 🙂

We’ve had an amazing stay! The host is very kind and responds quickly. Due to our late flight, we checked in late, but the self check-in made it easy. The apartment is close to the station, 20 min away from the Duomo, but still very walkable. It’s clean and looks just like the photos. It can be a bit noisy if neighbors are loud or come home late, but the area is great with plenty to do. Highly recommended!

I am so happy I found this apartment! The style was really beautiful. The size suited me and my husband perfectly. The bed linnen was a dream as was the shower.
The kitchen had all the supplies you need for a couple days stay.
The location made it easy to walk to the different sights, beautiful piazzas with bars and restaurants.

Extremely cozy and comfortable apartment in Oltrano, close to restaurants, nightlife, close to the bridge to cross over into city center. Great communication with the host! The apt was very clean, remodeled and upgraded, smooth floors, memory foam topper on the bed, great furniture, great lighting, great bathroom with decor, great closets, pillows were not memory foam but I had my own. You can tell someone put a lot of love and effort into the place! And most of all, it is a new apartment with upgrades! We really enjoyed our stay and the area. Great job, Patrizia!
