Super accessoriato, WIFI , aria condizionata in area soggiorno , ventilatore in camera comunicante con il soggiorno, smart TV, lavatrice. Silenziosissimo , a pochi passi da tutti i luoghi di cultura e divertimento. Garage convenzionato a pagamento a pochi metri. NO ASCENSORE

Hi. We are very satisfied with our stay at Patrizi's. We arrived early but there was no problem to leave our suitcases at the flat. We were greeted very warmly by Marco. The flat has everything you need for your stay, and the most important thing is that it is very quiet at night, so you can relax pleasantly after a day of sightseeing in Florence. The view from the window is a revelation!!! Location excellent!!! Highly recommended, and thank you :):)

Patrizia è stata estremamente gentile, disponibile e flessibile! Le numerose scale aiutano anche a smaltire le delizie culinarie di Firenze!😉

Place is beautiful, it is in a great location about a 7 minute walk to the duomo. The stairs up to the apartment are super easy and worth it for the beautiful view. Patricia and her colleague are very nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come visit again!

Cute place! The listing mentions stairs, but just make sure you are aware you have to climb about 4 flights and then the apartment itself has 3 shorter sets of stairs to also go up, and you’ll have to use those steps anytime you need the bathroom. So pack light lol! Check in was smooth and it is relatively easy to find. Super close to areas that are nice to eat and roam around. Host communicated well and was kind. 🙂

Patrizia's place is beautiful and very well located. Almost all the restaurants and tourist areas were very close by, which made it perfect for walking around during the day, and then maybe coming back to the place, resting, and going out again. The area is very quiet. The stairs were not a problem, as the view from the apartment windows, where you could see the dome of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, was well worth it.
We had a minor issue upon arrival, but Patrizia was very efficient in resolving it, and our stay was great overall. She was always communicating, which was great. When we come back to Firenze, we would love to stay here again. Thanks, Patrizia, for everything!
